After his Masters from IIM, Calcutta he founded Fusion Engineering Products Ltd (A welding technology company). He is a person with prolific & versatile interests and skill-sets. He has been Chairman CII Bihar, Jamshedpur Managment Association, Indian Welding Institute, Member governing Board of XLRI- Jamshedpur etc.

A person with deep sensibilities he was Economic spokesperson for then Bihar Chief Minister's team to USA, part of then FM Dr. Manmohan Singh's team to Washington.

His deep understanding of India motivated him to set up The India Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides deep holistic understanding of India to leaders in business and promotes elements of Indian heritage and culture.


Bharti Kher , Honorary Advisors
 


Bharti Kher is one of the best-known contemporary artists in the world. Her work encompasses painting, sculpture and installation. She studied painting, graduating in 1991 from Newcastle Polytechnic.

She is a winner of various awards for her work which are the Sanskriti Award, 2003; YFLO Woman Achiever of the Year, 2007 and ARKEN Art Prize, 2010.

Bharti has deep sense of history and heritage in art and brings with her an international view that is seeped in the sensibilities of different genres and forms.

Prof. K. J. Nath 


Prof. K.J. Nath is widely regarded as one of India’s foremost experts on Sanitation and Community Water Supply, Environmental Health and Public Health Engineering.

Presently he is acting as the Chairman, Arsenic Task Force, West Bengal; Expert Member, National Ganga River Basin Authority, GOI; Chairman, Core Committee on Water Quality, Safety & Security, Govt. of West Bengal; Chairman, Science & Technology, Sulabh International Social Service Organization and Member, Scientific Advisory Board and SEA Regional Coordinator, International Scientific Forum on Home Hygiene (IFH), UK, President of Institution of Public Health Engineers, India (IPHE), the premier national professional association of the Public Health Engineers in India.

He is a fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India; Indian of Public Health Association; Institution of Public Health Engineers, India; Institute of Engineers; Indian Water Works Association and he is an Honorary Fellow of the National Environmental Science Academy, India and Member, International Water Academy, Oslo.

Pawan Kumar Gupta  


Founder Trustee Society For Integrated Development of Himalyas (SIDH)

He is a graduate from IIT Delhi who after 11 years of managing a chemical industry decided to change career and set up SIDH in 1989 alongwith his wife Anuradha to start pre-primay and primary schools in remote villages of Jaunpur (a tribal block in Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand, near Mussoorie).
The institute has grown organically but the main focus remains education.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta regularly writes columns “Dayron ke Paar” for national dailies like Jansatta, Hindustan, Amar Ujala.

Siraj Saxena  


Mr. Siraj is a renowned Abstract landscape painter and ceramicist. He is an internationally acclaimed artist whose work has been praised at various solo and group art exhibitions. Apart from exhibitions nationwide his paintings are a part of the permanent collections at the gallery of Kyo-E-Gama and the Gallery Gangcey, Sri Lanka.

Mr. Siraj has received several awards and scholarships for his contribution to art. With his creative acumen, he graces the position of The Honorary Creative Director of our foundation.


MA.My Anchor has a team of dedicated professionals from different fields. The Organization is also supported by a panel of experts in conservation of water, environment, heritage, health, education, empowerment etc. The team is lead by the President.

Susmita Shekhar

A post graduate in English from Patna University, she is trained in urban planning from HSMI and on Managerial Capacities from IIM Lucknow. Sushmita has over 25 years of experience in the area of social service.  She was the Senior Vice President of Sulabh International Social Service Organization, an internationally renowned and one of the largest NGOs. As the Senior VP, she was responsible for overseeing all projects, in India and as well as developmental work in other countries in South Asia including Afghanistan.

She has also served as the first lady Secretary General of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a multi-state and the largest regional apex organization that is a catalyst in the promotion of industry, trade and entrepreneurship.        

Sushmita was member of UN Task Force, Millennium Development Committee for water and sanitation and key contributor in the recommendation prepared. She was also member of Task Force on Tenancy Rights, Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India and the Vikram Sarabhai Foundation among others.

She has written many articles on social causes for leading newspapers and also a book titled - Tales from Hindu Mythology. She is life member of Intach and has been involved in sanitation project of Tajmahal, Jaisalmer forte, Safdarjung tomb, among others.

She was responsible for a project funded by Ministry of  External Affair, Govt of India in Afghanistan and was awarded by the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Kabul Municipality expressing appreciation for her work in the field of environment, sanitation, promoting school health, hygiene and safety in that country. She has been recipient of the Desh Sri Environmental award, Sri Lanka.
